Insight Continuity
Essential clinical documents prepared before downtime begins.
Insight Continuity automatically generates patient-focused downtime PDFs from hospital-governed database views. Clinical teams receive current, printable information without waiting for a manual export after the primary system becomes unavailable.

Purpose-built clinical formats.
Generation

Refreshed automatically.
Delivery
Verified
Monitored from source to file.

Ready-to-use document set
Ten essential formats available from the start.
Each available document has a dedicated renderer and required source contract. Hospitals control the underlying views while Insight Continuity handles layout, pagination, scheduling, and delivery.
Built around your downtime plan
Ready-made does not mean one-size-fits-all.
The ten-document library provides a strong starting point. We can tailor those templates or develop additional downtime documents around a client’s clinical workflows, terminology, source data, facilities, and approved paper processes.
Customize a template
Adjust fields, labels, grouping, patient identifiers, layout, and operational instructions.
Build a new document
Create a purpose-built PDF for a clinical or operational downtime workflow not covered by the standard library.
Keep it governed
Define a documented source-view contract and retain the same scheduling, monitoring, and verified-delivery controls.

Operational readiness
Not another hidden script.
Continuity schedules, next-generation times, successful and failed runs, and verified delivery are visible in the same operating surface as Insight Pipeline. A separate entitlement keeps licensing explicit.
- Clear Continuity labels in schedules and job history
- Automatic refresh on hospital-defined cadences
- Run history, reruns, and delivery verification
- License enforcement with operational usage statistics
Controlled scheduling
Built on the same governed workflow.
Administrators choose the approved source connection and view, validate results, select PDF delivery settings, and establish the generation cadence. The schedule remains visible with the rest of hospital operations.

Hospital-controlled data
Works with SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and PostgreSQL.
Hospitals expose governed, named views with documented output fields. Insight Continuity reads those views without dictating the underlying EHR schema or persisting source results in its metadata database.
Local deployment
Designed for the customer-controlled environment.
The application, scheduler, database connectivity, and output locations remain inside the hospital-approved deployment. HTTPS access, role-based controls, protected credentials, and license validation support an explicit operational posture.
